  • Singer Mariah Carey sues personal assistant over “Embarrassing Video”

Azarian's lawyer Mark Quigley said in a statement: 'These baseless allegations are an attempt to attack my client's character and deflect attention away from a workplace harassment and wrongful termination lawsuit she filed today against her former employer, Mariah Carey.

Worst of all, Lianna Azarian says Mariah Carey was complicit in all the action.

The person in question is named Lianna Shakhnazaryan who has now filed a suit against the Queen of Christmas and her former manager for a multitude of degrading things that she was subject to while on Mariah's payroll.

The accusations don't end there.

Lianna Azarian is claiming in her suit that Carey's former manager, Stella Bulochnikov, acted inappropriately towards her in multiple ways including "slapping her butt and breasts, urinating on her, tackling her to the ground and sitting on her".

Stella had previously said she was suing for breach of contract, violation of the U.S. Civil Rights Act, and a violation of the Fair Employment and Housing Act as she believed she was owed commissions on Mariah's earnings, with sources claiming the figure was more than $100 million in three years.

It comes after the eight-month battle between Carey and Bulochnikov was said to have been resolved.

Azarian claims that Carey was present for a portion of the alleged abuse and did not intervene.

Shakhnazaryan is seeking compensatory damages "including lost wages, past and future earnings [and] unpaid overtime", as well as money for "physical injury, mental pain and anguish and severe emotional distress", along with general damages, attorney's fees, the cost of the lawsuit, and punitive damages.

Meanwhile, Mariah filed her own suit against Shakhnazaryan on Tuesday, accusing her of violating her NDA (non-disclosure agreement) by secretly recording embarrassing videos of the singer and trying to extort her out of $8 million. Initially, it was Mariah who was suing Azarian after obtaining evidence that her intimate affairs were being secretly videotaped by the personal assistant.

'During their time working together, they have accomplished great things, including, most recently, Mariah Carey's new music and motion picture projects for this upcoming holiday season, ' it went on.
