"Relationships are hard and love isn't always easy but thank you Jesus for showing me how!" he continued.

They unofficially confirmed their marriage in comments on social media last week when the Sorry singer called Baldwin "my wife" and the model changed her name to Hailey Bieber. "First time both sides of the family has come together", Justin wrote on his Instagram account.

The hitmaker's confirmation comes after Baldwin - who celebrated her birthday yesterday - recently changed her name on social media to Hailey Bieber.

Meanwhile, Justin, 24, and Hailey are said to be spending Thanksgiving with Justin's father Jeremy Bieber, despite his Canadian roots meaning he didn't grow up with the American tradition.

In a series of Instagram Stories, Pattie wishes her new daughter-in-law a happy birthday. "I'm SO #THANKFUL to have you as a daughter", Mallette tweeted.

'HAPPY BIRTHDAY @haileybaldwin! I LOVE YOU!

Lucky for us, Hailey and Justin's families were there to document the entire messy ordeal, and the birthday girl's adorable reaction to her husband's cute trick.

And in yet another first, the model and singer will also play host to Jeremy, his wife, Chelsey, and their four kids at Justin's new mansion in Canada.

Hailey's cousin Kahlea Baldwin was also there.

It was reported the popstar had tied the knot with Baldwin, the daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin, at a secret ceremony in September. A source told People that his decision to take a break is proving to be an adjustment for the pop superstar - but not an entirely unpleasant one. "It's a very mature thing to do".

Hailey found the amusing side as she can be seen in family footage and pictures laughing as she wipes the cake from her face, and proves she has no hard feelings towards the Sorry singer by sharing a smooch with him while covered in cake.

Baldwin and Bieber announced their engagement in July. "I see no reason to wait".
