Ted Cruz's (R-Texas) Democrat Senate challenger won the final debate before the November 6 election.

The exchange that was caught on video started with Cruz asserting, "It's a victory for women in America".

"You think putting a sexual assaulter on the court is a victory for women?" one asks. "So you believe in men assaulting women, that what your vote cost today Senator".

The woman, who apparently doesn't understand that the necessity of corroborative evidence in order for due process to function properly, answered, "You believe in due process?"

"I can tell you very clearly that the only person who presented facts and figures was Ted Cruz", the pro-life activist argued.

The restaurant later revealed the couple was able to return and finish their meal after the protesters left.

Rep. Beto O'Rourke, D-Texas, said Thursday he has not changed his mind about impeaching President Donald Trump - but Congress should await the finish of special prosecutor Robert Mueller's Russian Federation probe.

Cruz and O'Rourke keep trading places in the polls. A series of surveys from Tuesday show him four to seven points up from O'Rourke, according to FiveThirtyEight.

Democratic Rep. Beto O'Rourke of Texas said that some of the disparaging remarks he made during a lively debate this week against his Republican rival, Sen.

O'Rourke still supports decriminalizing marijuana but said he was never in favour of expanding that to heroin, as Cruz has suggested in attack ads.

Cruz, politely: "God bless you, ma'am". "He's dishonest. It's why the president called him 'Lying Ted, ' and it's why the nickname stuck, because it's true".
