One person who's convinced Rodgers is going to play is Mike Zimmer.

It's the $134 million question: Will Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers play this Sunday against the Vikings?

Rodgers said after the game he would undergo more tests, though he planned to play against Minnesota.

During the team's open locker room period after Wednesday's practice, Rodgers told reporters he stayed inside to receive treatment and categorized his injury as a sprained knee sprain.

Wearing a brace could be an option, depending on how the quarterback feels later in the week.

"Haven't even thought about that", Rodgers said when asked if he had confidence in Kizer if the backup needed to start.

You can bet the Vikings are expecting Rodgers. "We'll see what tomorrow brings", McCarthy said during his Wednesday news conference. He'll be in the rehab group [on Wednesday]. "We'll give him the whole week to get ready". "Just taking it one day at a time".

"There was a lot of adrenaline and (it's) pretty sore the last three days", Rodgers said. Instead he worked with players rehabbing, which also included receiver Davante Adams. He has termed his injury a sprained knee.

Rodgers, who missed nine games last season because of the broken collarbone, recently signed a record four-year, $134 million extension with $100 million in guarantees.
