The "Kiki challenge" seems to be making headlines on social media across the world and in India, but police forces across the country are not amused.

The "Shiggy Challenge", also known as the "In My Feelings Challenge" involves fans hopping out of their cars to do the dance as the chorus of the song plays.

It further said, "Standing outside window or jumping out of a moving auto, train, car, or to break into a dance may seem freakish".

Canadian rapper Drake's latest song "In My Feelings" from the album Scorpion is breaking records worldwide and has also given rise to a new dance challenge called "Kiki challenge".


Posting a picture of a man dancing on the road alongside an ambulance with its doors open, the Delhi Police tweeted today, "Dancing on the roads can open new doors for you".

"Dance on the floors, not on the roads! It is not just your followers watching your groove; the traffic police are taking note too". In hundreds of such videos that have surfaced on the internet, people are seen crashing into poles and tripping on potholes. Prosecutors ordered the arrest of three "social media influencers" after they posted videos of themselves taking part in the dance challenge, reported by the National newspaper in Abu Dhabi.

The Gujarat police on Tuesday warned people not to take the "Kiki Challenge" which is going viral on social media. Many celebrities, including Will Smith, Ciara, Odell Beckham Jr., Kevin Hart and the cast of "This Is Us", are among those taking part in it. In one clip a woman's handbag is stolen while attempting the challenge.
