  • The Latest Bill Cosby defense challenges Janice Dickinson

Dickinson's appearance was one of the most highly anticipated moments of the comedian's retrial on charges of drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand, a former Temple University women's basketball official.

Dickinson, the fourth accuser to take the stand this week at Cosby's trial in Norristown, had a different tone and life experience than the three other women who testified against the entertainer this week. The latest to share her story is model Janice Dickinson, who recounted her harrowing story that resounded other accusers.

In Dickinson's case, the narrative she tells about her time with Cosby in her 2002 memoir No Lifeguard on Duty: The Accidental Life of the World's First Supermodel, does not mention rape-or even sex-with Cosby at all. Cosby gave her three blue pills, she said. She passed out when he entered her, and she said she felt "vaginal pain".

According to testimony recorded by DailyMail.com the former America's Next Top Model judge told the jury about meeting the comedian, and how she had been excited when he invited her to Lake Tahoe to watch him perform and talk about her career.

Cosby's musical director left, Dickinson said, and Cosby told her: "We'll continue this conversation upstairs". Dickinson didn't deny what was written by her ghostwriter (Pablo Fenjves), instead saying that the book publisher advised them to change the passage to avoid any trouble with Cosby's legal team. "Here was "rsquo & the us;s Dad" on very top me personallypersonally, a married guy with five kids, and very, very inappropriate it was", Dickinson stated.

Only once did she pause in her testimony, and that was just before she began to provide a graphic, detailed account of what she said happened at the Cosby home near Philadelphia in January 2004.

She testified that she got to know Cosby after he called her agent and said he wanted to meet and possibly mentor her as she looked to expand her career into singing and acting.

Dickinson further revealed, "I couldn't move".

Then, she said, "I started to feel woozy and dizzy". 'I was thinking how wrong it was. Sorry, what the heck, what the heck?

Dickinson said she did not report the assault to police out of fear it would destroy her career. "And I said, 'No, I will not, I will fly first class'".

"He stayed with me throughout the entire pregnancy", she said.

The Associated Press doesn't typically identify people who say they're victims of sexual assault unless they grant permission, which Dickinson has done.

Defense attorney Kathleen Bliss asked her about testimony and prior statements, in an apparent attempt to point out inconsistencies about her comments about sitting between Cosby's legs. His lawyers also have depicted Constand as a con artist.

Afterward, Constand said, "I was really humiliated".

"These women proved that they were here to back up their sister - they got their sister's back", Cosby spokesman Andrew Wyatt said outside court.

The model previously claimed Cosby drugged and assaulted her in Lake Tahoe, Nevada in 1982 and in the Montgomery County Courthouse in Norristown, Pennsylvania she repeated her accusations in detail. When she woke up, she said she was sore and remembers her pyjamas were halfway on and halfway off. You said you were going to help me. The next day, she said, she tried to confront Cosby at an estate owned by the owner of Harrah's casino. Cosby then got on top her, she testified. I couldn't get the words out I wanted to say.

On cross-examination Thursday, defense attorney Mesereau questioned why Baker-Kinney waited to come forward until 2015, after lawyer Gloria Allred proposed that Cosby use his vast resources to compensate accusers. Soon after, she said, Cosby pounced on her.

Dickinson had a Polaroid camera with her, she said, and snapped photos of Cosby in the room wearing a colorful robe and talking on the telephone.

On two earlier occasions, she said, she had rebuffed his advances.
