McGregor was arraigned Friday on charges of felony criminal mischief charges and misdemeanor assault, menacing and reckless endangerment charges following a backstage melee he sparked at a UFC event in New York City. It was not immediately known if McGregor has an attorney who could comment on his behalf.
"It was probably the worst conversation we ever had", White told FS1's "First Things First" on Friday morning.
"I think Khabib, one of the fighters, disrespected one of his friends. He justified it. It was justified to him". When asked on ESPN's Get Up whether he would try to help McGregor, Whitesaid he was on his own.
McGregor spent Thursday night in a Brooklyn police station, after surrendering, and was escorted to a criminal court in handcuffs.
Straight after the bus incident, Nurmagomedov called out McGregor and seemed to challenge him to an unregulated fight.
McGregor is accused of striking the bus with a hand dolly, shattering glass and causing lacerations to lightweight fighter Michael Chiesa.
McGregor and co-defendant Cian Cowley are due back in court June 14.
